The Parc des Félins and Terre des Singes of Lumigny

In the heart of the Seine et Marne, come and explore 2 wooded parks of more than 90 hectares: the Parc des Félins or Terre de Singes.

The Chateau of Versailles, Vaux-le-Vicomte, Fontainebleau, Vincennes, Champs-sur-Marne, Chantilly… All are located between 40 and 70 km from the campsite.

Medieval city of Provins

The medieval city of Provins is a Unesco World Heritage Site

In the Middle Ages, Provins was an important place for international trade thanks to the famous Champagne fairs.

Here, merchants of all kinds, drapers, parchment makers, butchers, tanners, cutlers, rush to sell their products and come from all over Europe. They flock there to exchange products of all kinds: wool, sheets, wines, furs, dyes…

This rich history has bequeathed an exceptional architectural heritage that has made Provins a Unesco World Heritage Site since 2002.

The visit of the city and the shows to do

Start your visit by passing by the imposing 25 meter high ramparts, the fortified gates and the Caesar Tower, which has become the symbol of the city.

Then move on to the old covered market of La Grange aux Dîmes then the Souterrains and finish for the garden lovers by La Roseraie.
